Mrs Winifred Pillage, the headmistress of
the world famous Skull n Crossbone School of Modern Piracy, invites you to a
special assembly to celebrate the 300th birthday of this historic place of
learning.
It is exactly 300 years to the day since this ancient institution was
established by a bunch of pirates on their way to the Caribbean to seek out
hidden treasure and Mrs Pillage would like, if possible, for all pupils
attending to put on their finest pirate costumes and join her to look back over
the first few centuries of the PIRATE SCHOOL.
Want to learn how to
....read a treasure map?
....talk like a Pirate?
....sail a ship?
Then come and join PIRATE SCHOOL for this special swash-buckling assembly.
With the help of head boy 'Wayward' Wayne of Weston Super Mare, Mrs Pillage will
relive some of the adventures of pirate pupils of the past and will share with
you her very own particular brand of piracy in a masterclass worthy of the high
seas.
Jump aboard the PIRATE SCHOOL and you'll never get seasick again!
Pirate School pupils are invited to dress up and join in our 300th birthday celebrations
